Essential criteria
- HCPC recognised BSc/ MSc Degree in Dietetics
- HCPC registered
- Previous experience of nutrition support in NHS clinical practice placements.
- Experience of co-ordinating and delivering group education sessions.
- Experience of working face to face with patients and public.
- Good communication skills, ability to liaise with professionals at all levels and discuss complex patient cases.
- Organisational skills and ability to prioritise own workload.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and willingness to learn.

Desirable criteria

- Presentation skills to groups
- Computer literacy
- Knowledge of clinical audit and how its principles may be applied in practice

We have a vacancy for a Band 5 dietitian to join our experienced and friendly team of dietitians and dietetic support staff. This rotational role offers the opportunity to gain experience in all areas of nutrition support including short and long term enteral feeding, supporting patients pre and post-surgery and those with long-term respiratory support needs.
