Role summary
This role is for a dynamic Improvement Programme Manager to join the Transformation Directorate at Bromley Healthcare CIC. Essential criteria

- oEvidence of continuing personal development and learning
- oFormal project / programme management qualification (Prince2, MSP)

- oUnderstand challenges associated with change management and changing outcomes
- oUnderstanding of NHS and key policy issues which effect business performance

- oAbility to interpret and analyse complex data and understanding how process changes can impact service performance
- oAbility to manage competing priorities and prioritise effectively
- oAbility to interpret KPI data and communicate effectively complex service developments and changes to varying staffing levels
- oSignificant experience leading complex, multi disciplinary programmes across organizational boundaries
- oExperience of working closely with commissioners/external stakeholders
- oBudgetary management, cost improvement planning and quality impact assessment

- oStrong understanding of using BI Tools (eg Qliksense)
- oStrong MS Office Skills
- oExtensive Experience of using electronic record systems, including understanding of clinical templates and links to KPIs/outcomes
