Role summary
This role provides comprehensive administrative support as a Front of House/Receptionist in the Education Centre. The post holder will manage the room booking system, ensuring optimal resource utilization and troubleshooting issues. They will also be responsible for collating data and reporting on room usage for various forums and meetings. The role involves maintaining metrics and KPIs related to Trust and National Governance processes.
Essential criteria
- Good level of general education including Maths and English
- NVQ level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent level of knowledge and experience
Desirable criteria
- ECDL or alternative IT qualification
- Evidence of good written and verbal communication skills
- Relevant experience in utilising IT including databases, room booking systems, AV technology and other Social Media systems
- Previous experience of working as part of a team in a busy environment
- Ability to upload videos onto YouTube.
- Experience of recording and downloading teaching sessions/presentations.
- Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
- Good working knowledge of IT systems including the Micro Soft Office package to at least an intermediate level.
- Able to maintain confidentiality
- Good team working skills
- Demonstrable evidence of high standard of inter-personal and team working skills and capability.
- Customer Care and evidence of effective communication skills through previous work or voluntary activities.
