The post holder is responsible for providing advice, guidance and support to management teams across NHS Lothian to assist them to achieve New Deal compliance and to meet the European Working Time Regulation (EWTR) requirements for medical & dental staff.
Key requirements
-
- Educated to degree level in Human Resource Management - related subject or equivalent experience
- Knowledge and experience of Doctors Rostering System (DRS)/ Allocate software for rota design
- Good knowledge of EWTR and New Deal for Junior Doctors
- Experience of administration in a high-pressure role preferable in HR or within the NHS
