Role summary
This is an opportunity for an exceptional Senior Staff Nurse to join a dynamic and supportive team on the Respiratory Wards (Leopard and Kangaroo) at Great Ormond Street Hospital. The role involves leading, inspiring, and delivering outstanding patient care for children and young people with acute and chronic respiratory conditions, including those with cystic fibrosis and long-term ventilation needs. You will provide clinical leadership, support the nursing team, deliver high-quality patient-centred care, and act as a role model for junior staff. The position also requires deputising for the Ward Sister/Charge Nurse and contributing to service improvement and staff development.

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Staff Nurse to join our dynamic and supportive team. You work will help maintain excellent patient outcomes and a positive, supportive ward culture. You will play a pivotal leadership role within the ward/department.
