Job summary

This role provides the following services to the Trust: -

Carry out dynamic risk assessments -

Organising and rectifying reactive works -

Managing scheduled work on the K2 system -

Responsibility for ensuring safe systems of work -

Responsible for the safe maintenance, assembly, dismantling and repair of equipment others may use. -

Asset capture & review of the estate plant -

Management of the in-house workforce and contractors-

Ordering parts as required-

Main duties of the job

Were looking for someone with specialist knowledge in electrical and mechanical engineering who wants to make a genuine difference to our Estates Department at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. In this rewarding and entrusted position, you will need good IT skills, be responsible for assigning maintenance work and undertaking day-to-day operation of our Computer-Aided Facility Management system.
