This role provides the following services to the Trust: -
Carry out dynamic risk assessments -
Organising and rectifying reactive works -
Managing scheduled work on the K2 system -
Responsibility for ensuring safe systems of work -
Responsible for the safe maintenance, assembly, dismantling and repair of equipment others may use. -
Asset capture & review of the estate plant -
Management of the in-house workforce and contractors-

Main duties of the job
Were looking for someone with specialist knowledge in electrical and mechanical engineering who wants to make a genuine difference to our Estates Department at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.
