Job summary

We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to come and join our team of technologists and radiographers working in Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT at the Royal United Hospital NHS Trust in Bath.

We are proud to have been the first department in the UK to install a Veriton SPECT-CT gamma camera; which has advanced our protocols to include more and more SPECT-CT imaging over the past 5 years. We have recently moved into a new department in the Dyson Cancer centre in Bath, which included the installation of a new GE 870 gamma camera. We image with contrast CT for vulval sentinel node and parathyroid imaging and are looking to advance this further to other images.

We are also in the process of funding for a new PET CT camera and increased department size in the next few years.

We are looking to increase our capacity through PET CT by extending working days from 8am to 8pm. This will be discussed how your full time hours can be adjusted to suit this at least once a week.
