Role summary
This role is for an HR Officer to join the Recruitment Team, supporting increased recruitment activity. Two posts are available: one dedicated to the Neighbourhood Mental Health Team, overseeing recruitment and onboarding, and another supporting recruitment across diverse Trust services. The role involves providing professional and responsive recruitment services, ensuring processes are accurate and timely, and building strong relationships with managers and stakeholders. It's an opportunity to develop knowledge of NHS recruitment and workforce processes.
Essential criteria
- Educated to A Level standard or CIPD Level 3 with 1 year experience in an HR environment or 3 years experience in an HR environment
- Experience of working in a recruitment or HR administration role
- Experience working in an office environment using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good working knowledge of administrative processes e.g. electronic filing systems and formatting documents/reports
- Experience handling confidential information
