An exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitably experienced Mental Health Nurse to join the Unscheduled Care Assessment Team (UCAT) based at Whyteman’s Brae Hospital. We are looking for enthusiastic nurses who posses excellent team working skills, use initiative, have excellent verbal and non-verbal communication and time management skills. Also a requirement is to have a valid NMC registration. There is a wide range of ongoing training opportunities within NHS Fife to develop your skills and range of clinical supervisors within the mental health service. UCAT provide, in collaboration with medical staff colleagues, a response to all episodes of unscheduled mental health care in Fife. This is a 24 hour, 7 days a week service. Candidates will require to have considerable experience as a Staff Nurse in an appropriate mental health setting.
