Key responsibilities

- Support and supervise junior staff and students.
- Foster collaborative working across a range of clinical teams and settings.
Essential criteria
- Broad postgraduate experience across a range of clinical areas including working with adults and older people with chronic conditions and complex co-morbidities
- Rehabilitation experience, minimum Band 5 in all core areas: neurology, orthopaedics, respiratory, and care of the elderly
- Experience of working as member of a multidisciplinary team
- Proven experience of working relevant to the care group
- Degree in Physiotherapy
- Evidence of ongoing CPD including attendance at recent post graduate courses relevant to the clinical field
- Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration
Desirable criteria
- Previous experience in rapid response/admission avoidance, acute or urgent care setting
- Rotational experience including community working
- Supervision of Band 5, Physiotherapy Assistant or Students
- Experience of managing the work of others
- Experience of teaching in-service programmes
- Member of CSP
- Member of Special Interest Group
- Recognised registered qualification and further courses and experience relevant to role
