Role summary
This is an exciting opportunity within the East Caithness Health and Social Care Team for a motivated and enthusiastic individual. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing holistic care to patients in their own homes. Your main responsibility will be to support service users to maximise and maintain their independence, ensuring high standards of patient care. Full training will be provided, with the opportunity to complete an SVQ in Health & Social Care.
