Are you passionate about digital transformation and improving healthcare services? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? We are looking for a proactive and motivated individual to join our Primary Care Digital Enablement Team, supporting the delivery of innovative digital solutions across Fife.
As a Digital Enablement Facilitator, you will play a key role in delivering digital transformation initiatives across Primary Care. Working across multiple projects simultaneously, you will support the successful implementation, testing, and adoption of new systems and technologies.
You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including GPs, Pharmacists, Dentists, and Optometrists, helping to modernise services and improve outcomes for patients.
