Essential criteria
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent experience) in Business Administration or similar
- Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in administration, health, social care, or a related field.
- Experience providing administrative and coordination support for services, projects, or teams.
- Experience working collaboratively with colleagues and partners to support shared objectives.
- Ability to manage routine and non -routine tasks and meet agreed deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work confidently with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills to plan and prioritise day-to-day tasks effectively.
- Competent in using standard digital tools (e.g., MS Office) for administration and coordination.
