This is an exciting opportunity for a Paediatric Staff Nurse to join the Emergency Department team at Darlington Memorial Hospital. Key responsibilities
- Assess and care for paediatric patients of all ages attending the Emergency Department.
- Plan and deliver nursing care that reflects current patient care needs.
- Evaluate care in collaboration with patients/carers and the multidisciplinary team.
- Be involved in the care of trauma patients and resuscitation of critically unwell patients.
- Maintain accurate documentation of nursing care delivered.
- Work effectively as part of a team and participate in teaching/training of more junior staff.
