Job summary

Gate 28B is a General Medical and Respiratory Ward.

Due to long term sickness, we are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated leader to join our team for a 6 month secondment, or fixed term contract.

We are ideally looking for an experienced Band 6 or a highly experienced Band 5 nurse who regularly takes charge, co-ordinates, leads with confidence and be happy to professionally challenge. If you are hardworking, dedicated, and not afraid of a busy day, and if you enjoy being the front of house for everyone who comes through our doors, we would love to hear from you.

This opportunity is also perfect for those seeking a change of scene or a new adventure, especially if you share our team values of looking after each other.

We take pride in developing our team members and encouraging their success.

Gate 28B works very closely with MDT members and medical teams and the Band 6 Leader is a key role with this way of working.
