Job summary

The Customer is at the heart of everything that we do. This role plays an important part of the service we provide to those customers.

The post holder will work as part of the Compliance Team to undertake, with minimal guidance, in depth compliance reviews. In order to undertake compliance reviews the post holder must be able to identify, understand and extract the relevant information from: NHS Pension Scheme regulations; over-riding UK pension's legislation and associated pension, finance and payroll systems.

The post holder will be required to deliver high quality customer service, including communicating effectively with customers, stakeholders and third party contractors often on complex and what may develop to be contentious issues. This will involve dealing with both internal and external customers and will require analysis, investigation, payment calculations and reconciliation of information.

The role will require someone who can be flexible and adaptable in their working day as they carry out delivery of all the compliance objectives.
