This is an exciting opportunity to join a Single Point of Access team for the 0-19 Children and Families Division of Health Visiting and 5-19 Community Public Health Nursing Services.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Single Point of Access Team which acts as the front door to wider services within Health Visiting and 5-19 Community Public Health Nursing Services. You will be working as part of a dynamic team who ensures that families, children and young people get the right support as quickly as possible.
You will initially working from one of our current bases across Hampshire whist premises for the new operation is confirmed centrally in Hampshire (likely to be in the Winchester Area) We have both Full Time and Part Time opportunities available.

The post holder will provide day to day co-ordination and administrative support in the Single Point of Assessment Service to respond to all queries into the service and expedite the front door access for all service users and stakeholders into the service.
