Role summary
Healthcare Improvement Scotland is seeking two professional and proactive Administrative Officers to support either the Scottish Medicines Consortium (SMC) or the Perinatal, Paediatric and Acute Adult Care (PPAC) Portfolio. Key responsibilities

Essential criteria
- Educated to HNC level in an administrative subject, or have equivalent experience gained in an administrative setting.
- Excellent organisational, time management and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience of working in a multidisciplinary setting and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills.
- Confident using your initiative, take a proactive and solution-focused approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Office applications, including advanced Word skills.
