Job summary
This is a great time to join The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust as the Personal Assistant to Radiology Directorate. We are currently in the process of redeveloping the hospital to provide a new state-of-the-art hospital for the residents of Hillingdon, and beyond, which supports the very best in delivery of healthcare and will be fit for future.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join a friendly, multi-disciplinary Radiology directorate to provide a full-time PA service including dealing with correspondence, facsimiles, telephone calls and enquiries, creating first draft responses to correspondence on behalf of the Directorate.
This post will require the individual to exercise good judgement and sound communication skills to discuss and identify a range of options and choose the best course of action to resolve issues. They will be expected to quickly and accurately solve a range of issues raised via telephone and verbal messages from internal and external sources on behalf of the Directorate, manage incoming and outgoing mail and delegate items, liaising with relevant senior modality managers.
