Role summary
The Community Administrator will support the Specialist Falls Service by assisting with the delivery of Striding Out GaitSmart and Falls Prevention Clinics across community hubs. This role involves coordinating clinic bookings, managing referrals, and providing administrative support to the clinical team. The administrator will maintain accurate records, liaise with partner organisations, and ensure efficient service delivery to improve mobility and prevent falls in the community.
Essential criteria
- Level 3 qualification in administration or equivalent level of experience
- RSA Stage 3 or equivalent Typing or Word Processing
- Administration experience within a busy office environment
- Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Fast and accurate typing and keyboard skills

Job summary
The Community Specialist Falls Team is seeking an organised and motivatedAdministrator to assist with the delivery ofStriding Out GaitSmart andFalls Prevention Clinics across community hubs, continuing with the West community hubs as well as the newly commissioned Bosvena and Three Harbours areas.
This role forms part of an exciting new programme commissioned through ICB and INT through Volunteer Cornwall, and working within the Specialist Falls Service. It is aimed at improving mobility, confidence, and falls prevention outcomes for people in our local communities.
