Role summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a Speech and Language Locality Lead to join the Children and Young People’s Team in Kilmarnock. The role involves leading the SLT team to manage speech, language, and communication needs for children in East Ayrshire. You will line manage staff, contribute to the leadership team, and drive service improvement. The team is innovative, offering a range of approaches to children, families, and partners.
