Role summary
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated midwife to join the leadership team as Ward Leader for Trinity Ward. Key responsibilities
- Provide motivational leadership and efficient organisation for Trinity Ward.
- Ensure fundamental care standards are achieved and maintain a visible presence for women, families, and staff.
- Implement quality measures and deliver resultant improvement plans.
- Be an expert in the assessment, planning, and delivery of midwifery clinical care.
- Support staff development and ensure families receive an excellent experience.

- oEvidence of study at degree level
