Role summary
This role is for a Resourcing Advisor to join the Talent Attraction team on a fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will support the delivery of an efficient onboarding and talent attraction service, working with various stakeholders including hiring managers and candidates. Key responsibilities include managing the recruitment process, providing customer service, and supporting talent attraction campaigns. Full training will be provided, but previous recruitment experience is desired.
Essential criteria
- Educated to GCSE or equivalent.
- Administration experience in a customer-facing role.
- Knowledge or use of TRAC and ESR
- Microsoft Office skills
Desirable criteria
- Certificate in Personnel Practice/CIPD.
- Previous experience of working in a recruitment office, dealing with high volume recruitment.
- Previous experience of providing advice on HR policies.
- Previous experience of working in a healthcare setting.

Job summary
We are looking for a Resourcing Advisor to join the Talent Attraction team for a fixed term contract.
Previous experience within recruitment and or a similar role is desired but full training is provided. You will need to be enthusiastic, proactive and organised to support the delivery of an efficient and effective onboarding and talent attraction service to the Trust.
This role will see you working with a range of stakeholders including other Resourcing Advisors, Resourcing Business Partners, hiring managers, candidates and internal teams. You will play a pivotal role in all day-to-day recruitment administration activities.
As part of the Talent Attraction team you will also support with talent attraction campaigns and initiatives.

Main duties of the job
- Manage the recruitment process for recruitment via TRAC, our recruitment applicant Tracking System
- Provide excellent customer service to our hiring managers by assisting them with their recruitment questions and queries within the division that you are working for
