Role summary
This role is for a Registered Staff Nurse to join a community nursing team in North Norfolk, specifically the NN3 Team. The nurse will provide high-quality, patient-centred care in community settings, including catheter care, palliative support, wound management, and diabetes care. The position involves working under the supervision of Band 6 and Clinical Lead colleagues, focusing on holistic assessments and promoting patient self-management. - The post holder will be required to work seven days a week and cover between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00 hrs

Job summary
We are looking for a Registered Staff Nurse to join our dedicated and highly professional team of community nurses in North Norfolk. We have a 30 hour (4 day per week) position within the friendly and welcoming NN3 Team (Aylsham, Reepham, Drayton and Coltishall areas).
The Community Staff Nurse role is a role under the supervision of Band 6 and Clinical Lead colleagues as part of the larger integrated team, providing high quality patient centred nursing care to patients in a variety of community settings. Nursing care delivered will include catheter care, support for patients with palliative conditions including syringe driver management, management of pressure ulcers and legs ulcers as well as other chronic and surgical wounds, insulin and diabetes management and provision of holistic assessments. Candidates should have an ability to motivate and educate patients with the goal of promoting self management of their health care needs.
