Role summary

This role supports the administrative aspects of the Colorectal Cancer Multidisciplinary Team, working closely with nursing and medical colleagues. You will provide essential support to the specialist nursing service for effective clinical management of patients with Colorectal cancer. Responsibilities include direct care delivery, assessing patient and carer needs, and offering general information and support. The role focuses on holistic, multi-faceted care throughout the illness journey, requiring effective communication across various agencies. It offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a collaborative environment.
