Role summary
This part-time Nursing Associate role is within the community nursing team, supporting housebound residents in Bedfordshire. You will work with Community Nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care. The role involves flexible working, including rotational shifts, weekends, evenings, and bank holidays, and requires a car for service duties.
Key responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered support service and deliver excellent and compassionate care to people over the age of 18.
- Work corporately within the Primary Care Team, supporting Community Nurses and the wider MDT.
- Assist colleagues cover service needs, including working across the wider integrated team.
- Be flexible and work a variety of rotational shifts, including weekend, evening and Bank Holiday working.

- Nursing Associate foundation degree qualification
- GCSE Grade A-C in Maths & English or skills level 2 Maths & English or equivalent

- Understand requirements for NMC professional Revalidation
