Role summary

This is an internal-only opportunity for a Senior Learning Administrator to join the Practice Development Team at North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be highly organised, methodical, and an excellent communicator, contributing to the professional growth of the nursing, midwifery, and AHP workforce.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality administrative support across a range of learning and development programmes and initiatives.
  • Coordinate and support the delivery of learning activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and systems related to learning and development.

Essential criteria

  • Educated to GCSE Level
  • NVQ Level III in Business Administration/Customer Service or equivalent portfolio of experience
  • General administration and office skills experience
  • Data entry and retrieval using databases
  • Servicing meetings e.g. agenda, minutes etc
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures
  • Good attention to detail
  • Experience of collating, analysing and presenting information

The Senior Learning Administrator will provide a comprehensive administrative support service to staff within the Practice Development Team.
