This is an exciting opportunity to join the Interventional Cardiology team at the Golden Jubilee University National Hospital (GJUNH), one of the largest and most progressive heart and lung centres in Europe. We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Consultant Cardiologist with a specialist interest in Interventional Cardiology to contribute to the delivery and future development of a world-class regional and national cardiology service. The successful candidate will join a dynamic multidisciplinary team providing tertiary and quaternary cardiac care to a population of 2.7 million across the West of Scotland.
Based primarily at GJUNH in Clydebank, the post holder will play a key role in delivering a comprehensive interventional cardiology service, including elective and emergency coronary intervention, primary PCI, and participation in the regional 24/7 PPCI rota.
