Role summary

This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support to the Triumvirate within the Diagnostic and Clinical Support Collaborative. The role involves managing diaries, facilitating meetings, taking minutes, writing reports, and handling correspondence. Key responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive Personal Assistant administrative support to the Triumvirate.
  • Resolve day-to-day challenges independently and make informed decisions within area of responsibility.
  • Ensure agreed targets are met in accordance with Departmental, Trust and National standards, policies and procedures.
  • Undertake full range of PA duties including diary management, meeting facilitation, minute taking, and report writing.
  • Manage agendas, action logs, answer calls, take messages, and handle correspondence in line with Trust confidentiality policies.

Job summary

We have an exciting opportunity for you to work within the Diagnostic and Clinical Support Collaborative providing PA support to the Triumvirate.

The role of the PA is to provide the Collaborative Triumvirate with a high quality and consistent level of administrative and secretarial support.

This is a demanding, fast-paced and varied role, which requires a confident communicator with experience of negotiating and influencing staff at a senior level, combined with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. It requires a dynamic, motivated and forward thinking individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team work ethic.

Main duties of the job

Provide comprehensive Personal Assistant admin support to the Triumvirate within the Collaborative.
