Role summary
As a Staff Nurse, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient-centred care for individuals undergoing rehabilitation. You will coordinate ward activities, administer medications, conduct clinical assessments, and support discharge planning within a multidisciplinary team. The role involves working closely with therapists, healthcare assistants, and medical colleagues to help patients achieve rehabilitation goals and transition safely back into the community. This is a full-time, fixed-term position for 12 months, working across a 7-day rota with mixed day and night shifts.

As a Staff Nurse, you will be
responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating

within a nurse and therapy-led multidisciplinary team, you will coordinate the
day-to-day running of the ward, administer medications, undertake clinical
assessments, support discharge planning and attend MDT and Continuing Healthcare
