- Telephone and face-to-face contact with clients and other people at all levels.
Desirable criteria
- Conflict Resolution training
- Medical terminology
- Experience of working within the NHS or other Health industries
- Familiarity with Cerner/SSC

Job summary
We currently have two vacant full time posts, covering 37.5 hours and 30 hours per week. We are looking for a friendly, self-motivated, and confident person with experience in providing a high standard of customer care. The post holder will provide a comprehensive patient focused reception service working in our Outpatient Reception at Ashford and St Peters NHS Foundation Trust. The post holder will work across the Trust sites, which could include Woking Community Hospital.
