Role summary
This is a rotational Occupational Therapist position for newly qualified or basic grade OTs at a Major Trauma Centre. The role offers diverse experience across medical, surgical, and specialised divisions, including hand therapy, acute rehab, emergency portals, cardiology, dementia care, amputee rehabilitation, oncology, renal, and critical care. The successful candidate will develop skills in assessment, discharge planning, equipment provision, and early functional rehabilitation.

- Registered with HCPC on commencement of post

Job Summary
Are you due to qualify for your Occupational Therapy Degree? Or are you currently practicing as a Basic Grade but are interested in the experience that an acute hospital rotation will provide? If so, we have the job for you!
We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Occupational Therapist to undertake a post within the Therapy Teams at the University Hospital of North Midlands. This rotational post offers a wide range of opportunities to work in an exciting Major Trauma Centre across the medical, surgical and specialised divisions across both sites.
There are a wide range of rotational experiences available; hand therapy, acute rehab trauma unit, emergency portals, cardiology and medicine, dementia and delirium, amputee rehab, critical care, oncology and renal. For more detail of the type of skills and experience you will gain, please see 'Main duties of the job' below.
Main duties of the job
