We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Registered Nurse who would like to be part of a friendly and supportive team with an ethos of continuous improvement. The post holder must be a confident decision maker, be able to work without direct supervision and supervise registered and/or unregistered staff, as well as student
nurses.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team and have responsibility for the assessment of needs and the delivery of high-quality person-centred care. You will also work with the other health professionals within the team, patients and families to coordinate complex discharges.
