Role summary
This role is for a passionate and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join the Rehabilitation services in Bromsgrove. You will work with a team of professionals to develop therapeutic relationships with service users, supporting their recovery and skill development. The position involves delivering high-quality clinical care, acting as a named nurse, and participating in therapeutic group work programmes. You will also be responsible for assessing care needs, formulating care plans, and providing nursing interventions to help patients achieve their goals.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a high quality clinical service to patients and their families.
- Act as named nurse to a group of patients under direction/supervision.
- Participate in therapeutic group work programmes.
- Take charge of the ward in the absence of the ward manager and deputy ward manager.
- Assess care needs and contribute to the formulation of person's needs and development of relevant care plans.
- Provide nursing interventions in conjunction with the multi-disciplinary team to support agreed goals.
