We're looking for two passionate and forward-thinking People Systems and Transformation Advisors to play a central role in one of the most significant people transformation programmes in the NHS. This is much more than a systems role, you'll work with stakeholders across the business to understand current processes, identify opportunities for improvement and redesign ways of working that add real value, maximising the opportunities of NHS PeoplePortal.
We're looking for someone with experience in HR, workforce or a similar environment, combined with strong HR systems experience, analytical curiosity and a passion for continuous improvement. You'll be proactive, independent, commercially minded, solution and future focussed and comfortable working within a landscape of continual change.
