Role summary
Join the Out of Hours Community Nursing Team as a Band 5 Community Staff Nurse, providing high-standard nursing care in patients' homes across Cambridgeshire. You will work autonomously, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatment within professional guidelines. The role involves working flexible shift patterns over seven days, including twilight and night shifts, and requires independent travel across the county.

- Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people/vulnerable adults
- Physical Requirements
- Flexibility to work over seven days per week, to support the delivery of a 24 hour service
- Ability to travel independently around Cambridgeshire and Peterborough area meeting required timescales. A Full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.

The Out of Hours Community Nursing Team across Cambridgeshire is currently offering opportunity for a B5 Nurse within CPFT across the county working in Cambridge Huntingdon, Peterborough .
We provide a service 7 days a week, working closely with other community services and PCN's to provide high standard holistic care to the population of Cambridgeshire .
All staff will be expected to work the following shift patterns to support the service over a 7 day period
Twilight Shift 1800-2400
Night shift 2145-08:15
You will have the opportunity to develop yourself, with extensive learning and development opportunities.
Main duties of the job
**Please note for this role you will be required to travel independently around the county meeting strict time deadlines. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence* and have use of a vehicle. You cannot use public transport for this role as this is not a reliable form of transport and will not allow you to meet
