Role summary
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced nurse to join the Neurosciences team as a Deputy Sister/Charge Nurse. The role involves coordinating the efficient running of Neurosurgery inpatient wards, managing resources, and leading a team of Registered Nurses and Nursing Assistants. You will establish and maintain key working relationships within and external to the departments, contributing to departmental management and governance. The position requires providing exceptional patient care, underpinned by evidence-based practice and OUH values, while also supporting the continuing development of professional nursing practice.

Job summary
