Job summary
The North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare NHS Trust are looking to recruit to 2 Band 6 Deputy Team Leader vacancies. The posts are full time and permanent.
The posts will be based at North Staffordshire CAMHS, Dragon Square, North Stoke CAMHS, Roundwell Street, Tunstall and South Stoke CAMHS inBlurton.
The successful postholder will:
- Support the Team Leader in the day to day running of the community mental health team, offering support and advice to the wider team.
- Work as part of the leadership team within the CAMHS community mental health team under direct/indirect supervision of the Team Leader.
- Take part in multi-disciplinary triage meetings reviewing referrals received to the team.
- Complete initial needs assessments as needed with newly referred patients and offer oversight and guidance to core team members.

To deliver specific therapeutic interventions to this group of patients and liaise with other professionals regarding progress and outcomes.
