This role is ideal for a nurse with a passion for wound care and tissue viability, who is keen to further develop specialist knowledge and skills within a multidisciplinary environment. You will play a key role in delivering evidence-based care for patients with complex wounds, working collaboratively with podiatry and wider health and social care teams.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for patients with complex wounds and tissue viability needs
