Essential criteria

- Understanding of confidentiality in the work place.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under own initiative, without direct supervision.
- Good organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload.
- Approachable and caring.
- Ability to work within complex care setting/stressful situations.
- Must be willing to work flexibly.
- Able to work unsocial hours including weekends and bank holidays as the service requires.
- Potential for cross site working within HUTH as the service demands.
- Understands requirements for health and safety.
