Role summary

This is a key leadership role within Digital & Data Services, responsible for the operational management and development of the Trust's Information Governance, Records Management, Subject Access Requests and Information Rights functions.   • Post graduate level qualification
  • Significant experience working within Records Management and Information Governance at a senior level or specialist advice role
  • Specialist knowledge across Data Protection, Freedom of Information, Caldicott, Records Management and Information Governance in general underpinned by both theoretical knowledge and relevant practical experience
  • Leadership, coaching and management skills within a large diverse organisation
  • Working knowledge of NHS policies and procedures
  • Working knowledge of Data Protection Act 2018, Freedom of Information Act 2000 and Confidentiality Code of Conduct and associated legislation
  • Experience of Microsoft Office applications and confident in use of a variety of software packages and IT systems

Job summary

Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced and motivated Information Governance professional to lead our Information Governance and Records team.

This is a key leadership role within Digital & Data Services, responsible for the operational management and development of the Trust's Information Governance, Records Management, Subject Access Requests and Information Rights functions.
