Role summary
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to support the smooth running of the ambulance station at the Bury Hub. The role involves handling all administrative duties to facilitate station operations and supporting Operational Managers. Key tasks include managing staff queries, liaising with payroll, minute taking, and facilitating staff training arrangements. The successful candidate will contribute to providing 24/7 urgent care across the East of England.

Essential criteria
- Educated to NVQ 3 level in a relevant subject or equivalent level of qualification, or significant equivalent previous proven experience.
- Demonstrable experience of working in an administrative environment and working with computerised data systems.
- UK Driving Licence with access to a car.
- Clear communicator with good writing, data entry, and telephone skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Problem solving skills.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality and trust.
- Flexible approach to work
- Good time keeping.
- Note-taking skills.
- Able to work on own initiative, organising and prioritising own workload to set deadlines.
