Job summary

It ensures our work aligns with Trust objectives, the Trust CHOICE values and the expectations of partners across the wider health and care system.
Working as part of the HR & OD team, the role supports the delivery of operational and strategic organisational development services that build team effectiveness and enhance frontline service delivery. The postholder will monitor culture-related data, analyse trends, facilitate targeted interventions and engagement and provide informed advice to further support collaboration, organisational wellbeing and people experience.
