Key responsibilities
- Provide high quality Occupational Therapy.
- Undertake comprehensive standardised assessments to co-produce meaningful goals and intervention.
- To develop and co-facilitate group therapy programmes.

- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Trust policies.
- Participate in team meetings.
- Act as a Practice Placement Educator for OT students and apprentices.
- Responsible for clinical supervision and co-ordination of junior staff and students/apprentices.

The MHWT is a community mental health service providing assessment, intervention and recovery focused support for adults. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary and OT team pathway, contributing to holistic care planning, risk formulations and evidence based interventions.
