We are looking for an individual to support the busy, fast paced medical physiotherapy team at the Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy with the assessment, treatment, and discharge planning of their patients. The team covers a variety of wards including cardiology, renal, medical and elderly medicine. The workload is varied, the pace is fast, and the day is always dynamic.

You will be expected to have or be working towards an SVQ level 3 in health sciences or be able to demonstrate clear evidence of relevant training and experience equivalent to this.

In addition to clinical competence and skills in assessment and treatment of patients within a clinical environment you will require a basic knowledge and understanding of common medical conditions encountered in the acute hospital setting. Demonstration of knowledge and understanding of the role of Physiotherapy and the Physiotherapy Assistant Practitioner in the hospital will be required at interview. Evidence of k
