Three new and exciting posts have arisen in the Research Development and Innovation Division of NHS Highland.
Two 36hpw / 1.0 WTE Clinical Research Nurse Band 6 posts are available and are funded by the UK / Scotland VPAG (Voluntary Scheme for branded medicines pricing, access, and growth) funding to support the growth of commercial clinical trials across NHS Highland with an aim of achieving substantial increases in patient participation. There is opportunity across specialisms including in cancer and non-cancer. The posts would suit candidates with some experience in clinical research nursing preferably but research experience generally would also be taken into account. The successful candidates would be expected to integrate fully with the existing clinical staff in RDI, be enthusiastic, able to adapt to a range of new types of study / project, research methodologies, clinical and data requirements.
