Role summary

Job summary

Springfield

Surgery has a compassionate and friendly team. We are looking for a nurse to

join us, working part time and to continue to develop exceptional patient care.

They would work alongside our two existing practice nurses and two health care

assistants.

We have a

growing list size of 7300 patients and work from a purpose-built building in an

ethnically diverse suburb of Birmingham. We deliver online consultations with

virtual and face to face options. We work hard to increase our uptake of

childhood immunisations and smears.

Main duties of the job

We are

looking for experience in chronic disease management, cervical screening,

childhood immunisation and an understanding of QOF.

Experience in Primary Care is essential.
