Role summary
This role is for a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (School Nurse) to provide high-quality care for young people in Derby City. You will assess health needs, contribute to safeguarding, and work in partnership with various agencies to improve outcomes for children and families. The position involves delivering The Lancaster Model and leading a skill-mixed team within a multi-disciplinary setting.
