Role summary
This Housekeeper role within the Women's Health team at UCLH involves creating a safe and organised environment for patients and families. Key responsibilities
- Coordinate ward supplies and maintain stock levels.
- Ensure clinical and non-clinical areas remain organised, safe, and operationally ready.
- Work with nursing, midwifery, and support services to maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
- Support infection prevention standards and efficient ward running.
- Support meal service provision and monitor environmental standards.
- Escalate maintenance concerns and contribute to continuous service improvement.
Essential criteria
- Understanding of routine work procedures gained through induction or on the job training
- Understanding of food hygiene requirements
- Experience in carrying out assigned duties after training
