Role summary
This is a permanent, part-time Staff Nurse position on Fenton Ward at Cavendish Hospital. The role involves delivering rehabilitation care and complex discharge planning to frail elderly patients, embedding the 6 Cs. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised patient care, providing advice and support to junior staff. The team is expanding and passionate about providing excellent patient care and staff development opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised patient care in the most efficient and clinically-effective way, whilst maintaining the patient's privacy and dignity.
- Provide advice and support to junior staff in the delivery of high-quality care.
- Actively support the Ward Manager in the management of the healthcare environment.
- Deliver excellent clinical and organisational skills.

- Evidence of recent training
- Evidence of research based/reflective practice
- Written and recording skills
